Sunday evening futsal training for U11-U14 players

What is it?

One-hour sessions focused on building game-ready technical skills in a small-sided environment. Each session blends futsal-specific drills, technical repetition to sharpen touch and control, and small-sided possession play to translate those skills into real decision-making under pressure. Coached by Capital Futsal staff coaches.

Each group is limited to 12 players, so spots are limited. Paid in full at registration.

Shin guards and indoor soccer shoes. No cleats allowed.
